[IGSSTATION-7786] QAQ1: Error in RINEX header

Dear colleguages

Hourly rinex QAQ1-files from DOY 297, Session K through DOY 300 session X contained erroneous information in the RINEX header regarding RECEIVER TYPE and/or ANTENNA #  / TYPE, ANETNNA DELTA.

Corrected hourly and daily files have been resubmitted.
