[IGSSTATION-7771] MIKL00UKR: firmware upgraded

Dear colleagues,

On 18-OCT-2019 05:04 UTC the LEICA GR10 receiver firmware on the station MIKL (Mykolaiv, Ukraine) was changed from version 4.11/6.523 to version 4.30/6.525.

The updated MIKL sitelog was submitted to IGS CB.
