[IGSSTATION-7754] GOP6: firmware update

The firmware in the Septentrio PolaRx5 receiver at the GOP6 station was 
updated today 2019-10-02 from version 5.2.0 to the actual version 5.3.0.
The site log was updated in system and it was sent to validation.
