[IGSSTATION-7708] CRFP: receiver firmware upgrade

Dear Colleagues,

The USGS upgraded the receiver firmware to 5.37 on Jul 25th at the CRFP Crafton Hills College IGS station.  An updated site log has been submitted to the IGSCB.  This station is operated and maintained by the USGS.
