[IGSSTATION-7706] DLF100NLD outage

Dear all,

The antenna for the station DLF100NLD has developed a fault Sunday 28 July around 02:54 UTC resulting in a total loss of data for all connected receivers (DLF100NLD, DLF500NLD , DLF600NLD, DLF700NLD, DLF800NLD, DLF900NLD and DLFV00NLD). For safety reasons I'm not allowed to replace the antenna myself, and the people who are allowed are on holiday.

Please be advised that the outage may last several days until we can actually replace the antenna.

With my apologies for the inconvenience this may cause.
