[IGSSTATION-7693] GLSV00UKR: equipment change

Dear colleagues,

On 21-JUN-2019 15:30 UTC the Main Astronomical Observatory NASU in cooperation with the Communal Enterprise "Kiev Institute of Land Relations" and KMC Ltd. (Kiev) changed the NovAtel GNSS equipment at the GLSV station (Kiev, Ukraine) with the TRIMBLE NETR9 receiver and the TRM115000.00 antenna (Zephyr 3 Geodetic) without a dome.

On 24-JUN-2019 08:05 the antenna was rotated to direct the connector to the north.

The GPS/GLONASS/Galileo/Beidou/QZSS/SBAS observations on the GLSV station are available in the RINEX 3 and RINEX 2 formats.

The updated GLSV sitelog was submitted to IGS CB.
