[IGSSTATION-7581] Rinex3 data provision for New Zealand IGS stations suspended

Dear colleagues,

Unfortunately, I need to notify the IGS community that the production of RINEX3 data for the IGS stations in New Zealand is temporarily suspended.

This interruption is only affecting RINEX3 data, whilst RINEX 2.11 data production is not impacted.

This was an experimental service and due to some technical constraints associated with the initial setup, we had to interrupt the production of RINEX3 when we migrated to a modernized GNSS data collection and distribution system.

To ensure future continuity of our GNSS data archive, we are archiving proprietary raw files and those are now made available at the following location: ftp://ftp.geonet.org.nz/gnss/raw/<ftp://ftp.geonet.org.nz/gnss/raw/2019/>.

The service is temporarily suspended, but we hope to resume it in the near future.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.
