[IGSSTATION-7566] MAR6: Receiver change

Dear colleagues,

On DOY 050 the receiver on station MAR6 was changed from JAVAD TRE_G3TH DELTA to SEPT POLARX5. 
Updated site log have been submitted.

With this change we will also start uploading daily and hourly RINEX3 files from the station.
