[IGSSTATION-7500] HERT: Data outage

Dear Colleagues,

Starting on day 350 the building hosting the HERT receiver suffered a power supply fault. The problem has been rectified (day 352) but there is no data available during the period of the outage. We apologise for any inconvenience.
