[IGSSTATION-7471] WTZR, WRLG: Internet connection problems

Dear colleagues,

the sites WTZR and WRLG have internet connection problems.
In the moment the cause is not known.
We try to fix the problem as soon as possible.
Both sites are running and collecting data, but the data can
not be uploaded.
