[IGSSTATION-7443] STJ3 : Re_orientation of the antenna position to the true north

Dear Colleagues,

A re-orientation of the antenna has been done to the true north antenna. The new sitelog has been submitted to IGS. All the data since the 10/05/2018 00:00 UTC is under treatment with the new value of the sitelog:

                              : LDF4-50, 38m in length.
