[IGSSTATION-7433] NIST RINEX data MJD58402/DOY284

Dear Colleagues,
MJD58402/DOY284 NIST receiver RINEX data has a gap of 2 hours, 
0600-0800hUTC, due to a failure of  the reference maser to the timescale 
AOG.
