[IGSSTATION-7420] KUUJ: Temporarily Offline

Dear Colleagues,

Station KUUJ was taken offline at ~00:00ut on 2018-09-20 for repairs to be made to the building.  Unfortunately the data will not be recoverable while these repairs are performed.  We expect KUUJ to be back online in the next 2 weeks.
