[IGSSTATION-7407] FLIN: Eccosorb Removal from Monument

Dear Colleagues,

Today, 2018-08-30, at ~15:20ut, the Eccosorb on top of the FLIN monument was removed due to damage by wildlife.

An updated site log with new antenna diagram will be submitted to the IGS data center shortly.
