[IGSSTATION-7391] KIR800SWE: Broken receiver replaced

Dear colleagues,

The receiver on station KIR800SWE that has been down since DOY 206 has now been replaced. 

It might be possible to recover some missing data from the old receiver when we get it back to the office. 
In that case the data will be uploaded to the datacenters as soon as possible.
