[IGSSTATION-7387] GOP6: receiver change

Today - 2017-07-30 DOY 211 - the receiver was changed at the GOP6 station. Old 
receiver Leica GRX1200+GNSS was replaced by new Septentrio PolaRx5 receiver. 
The antenna (Leica AR25.R4 with LEIT radome) is not changed.
We suppose receiving data from the BeiDou and IRNSS systems and we can produce 
also native files in RINEX 3.03 format.
Updated site-log was changed in CB database.
