[IGSSTATION-7352] NRMG : wrong radome type in Rinex3 files DOY 2018/172 to 2018/183

Dear colleagues,

Du to a bad receiver configuration, radome type is wrong (SCIT instead of TZGD) in NRMG Rinex3 headers from DOY 2018/172 to 2018/183.
Configuration was corrected 2018-07-02 after firmware update.
