[IGSSTATION-7318] MAS1 - Data outage since DOY 18115 until further notice

Dear Colleagues, 

Since DOY 18115 (1110 UTC approx) our station MAS1 at Maspalomas has been 
out due to a faulty receiver.

Please take into account that no data is available for this station until 
a replacement receiver (PolaRx4, i.e. the same model) has been installed.
