[IGSSTATION-7315] STJO: Frequency Standard Interruption

Dear Colleagues,

Due to a power outage at station STJO on April 30th, there was a reference frequency interruption at 12:06 utc on April 30th. The station was switched to its internal oscillator at approximately 12:59 utc. We're working to restore the frequency standard as soon as possible.
