[IGSSTATION-7268] MQZG00NZL: Trimble NetR9 receiver replaced

Dear colleagues,

The Trimble NetR9 receiver at MQZG (New Zealand) was faulty and has been replaced on 2018/02/28 UTC.

Due to this fault data from 2018/02/26T12:00 to 2018/02/28T20:59 have been lost.

An updated site log has been submitted to IGS.
