[IGSSTATION-7233] CCJ2 configuration change for clock usage to Cs frequency standard

Dear Colleagues, 

In the Japanese IGS station CCJ2 (DOMES:21732M002), 
the configuration of the usage of the clock in the receiver changed 
from the receiver's internal to the external Cs frequency standard 
at the following time. 

February 16th (Fri) 00:00UT

(The Cs frequency standard in CCJ2 is now stable.)


The site log of CCJ2 will be updated later.
