[IGSSTATION-7227] KITG : receiver change and firmware upgrade

A firmware upgrade was done on KITG station. The new sitelog has been submitted to IGS.
Data from 2017-11-25 20:45UT to 2018-02-05 05:30UT are for the moment unavailable (content of changed receiver SN=5250K40736 will be analyze later).
