[IGSSTATION-7218] AGGO: Data gap

Dear colleagues,

there was a failure in the hardware connection at AGGO site
from 09.01. until 19.01.2018.
Due to this, the receiver was not operating, and this results
in a data gap.
The failure is corrected now and AGGO is operating normal again.
