[IGSSTATION-7214] WTZ2: receiver upgraded

Dear colleagues,

due to the fact that there is a limit for the number of satellites per system to be
tracked simultaneously with the GR25 when BeiDou is activated, the MGEX WTZ2 receiver
was upgraded to an Leica GR50.

An updated site log file has been submitted to IGS.
