[IGSSTATION-7209] SYOG realtime data stream interrupted

Dear colleagues, 

Due to the power supply trouble, 
the realtime data stream from GSI's Antarctic station SYOG (DOMES:66006S002) 
was interrupted in the following period; 

December 22nd (Fri) 09:30UT - 15:16UT


In addition, the data acquisition in SYOG has been interrupted 
since December 24th (Sun) 15:30. 
The reason is not clear, and the investigation has been done.
