[IGSSTATION-7198] CKIS: Antenna change [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

The antenna at the IGS station CKIS in the Cook Islands was changed toady to avoid any potential issues with the previous model, a TRM59800.00, which we have recently seen fail at a number of our Pacific stations.
