Dear Colleagues,

A new receiver was recently installed at station IISC, replacing an 
Ashtech Micro-Z.

Additionally, a Paroscientific MET4 instrument was installed today, 
2017-11-03.

Data publication has resumed, and the GNSS backlogged data to 2017-10-30 
is available.  An updated site log has been submitted to IGSCB.
