[IGSSTATION-7173] URUM new hardware

Dear colleagues,

We updated our hardware on our station in Urumqi, China (URUM) on November 1, 2017.

The new equipment (JAVAD TRE_3 receiver, JAVRINGANT_G5T NONE antenna) is now able to track all major satellite systems including Galileo and BeiDou.

Be aware that this might cause discrepancies in your coordinate solutions.
