[IGSSTATION-7165] STJO: Receiver Change Today at 18:49:00ut

Dear Colleagues,

The receiver at station STJO was changed to a JAVAD TRE_3N DELTA (S/N 02626) at 18:49:00ut today.  An updated Site Log will be submitted to the IGS SLM shortly.

Data will be quarantined until the end of the day.
