[IGSSTATION-7156] POLV: firmware upgraded

Dear colleagues,

On 09-OCT-2017 14:21 UTC the LEICA GR10 receiver firmware on the station POLV (Poltava, Ukraine) was changed from version 3.03/6.214 to version 4.11/6.523.
The observations of the GALILEO satellites were added on 09-OCT-2017 14:25 UTC.

An updated sitelog has been submitted to IGS CB.
