[IGSSTATION-7150] STJ3 : Antenna cable has been changed

Dear Colleagues,

The antenna cable was removed ~17:50:00ut 2017-09-27 and a new cable (Andrews Heliax LDF4-50, 38m in length) was installed ~ 01:00:00ut 2017-09-28. A new sitelog has been submitted to IGS.
