[IGSSTATION-7129] FAA1 - Data outage until since DOY 17264 further notice

Dear Colleagues, 

Since DOY 17264 (around 15h UTC) connection to our receiver in Tahiti 
(FAA1) has not been possible due to a comms problem.
Please take into account that no data is available for this station until 
further notice.
