[IGSSTATION-7125] STK2 realtime data stream interrupted and logging stop due to interruption of power supply

Dear colleagues, 

In the Japanese IGS station STK2 (DOMES:21731S004), 
an interruption of the power supply will occur during the following periods, 
due to an engineering work for the route change of the electric power line. 

1) September 20th (Wed) 00:00UT - 08:00UT
2) September 29th (Fri) 00:00UT - October 6th (Fri) 08:00UT

So the realtime data stream from STK2 will be interrupted during the above periods. 

In addition, the period 2) is so long that the backup batteries 
for the receiver (internal and external) will end and the data logging in STK2 will stop 
while the period 2).
