[IGSSTATION-7112] UNX2 and UNX3 data outage

Dear colleagues,

we were informed by our local station hosts that operation of DLR's GNSS 
receivers UNX2 and UNX3 in Sydney had to be stopped due to construction 
work on the roof where the antenna is located. As a result, there will 
be a data outage until further notice.
