[IGSSTATION-7102] PRDS: Frequency Standard Change August 19, 2017

Dear Colleagues,

The frequency standard at PRDS will be changed tomorrow, August 19, 2017.  We expect a short data outage while this change is performed.

The frequency standard will be changed from a OSA 2700 PH Maser to a T4 Science VCH-1008 PH Maser.  An updated site log will be submitted once the change is complete.
