[IGSSTATION-7093] WTZA: failure

Dear colleagues,

due to a severe thunderstorm, the WTZA receiver Ashtech Z-12T
seems to be damaged. The RS232 communication is malfunctioning.
Transmitting data from the receiver seems to work, but the
receiver does not accept commands via RS232 interface.

Perhaps somebody had a similar problem before and could give
some advice.

We try to (let) repair the receiver or we will replace it,
as soon as we will have a new timing receiver available.
