[IGSSTATION-7047] CRFP: data publication resuming

Dear Colleagues,

The CRFP (Crafton Hills College) IGS station was down due to a long term construction project on the building where the station is located.  The construction project was recently completed and the equipment was re-installed last week.  The site is now operational again and data publication will be resuming.  This station is maintained and operated by the USGS.
