[IGSSTATION-7040] COYQ Receiver changed

Dear Colleagues,

The receiver at station COYQ in Coyhaique, Chile has been replaced.
The TRIMBLE NETRS was replaced by a TRIMBLE NETR9 on 2017-06-01
following an AC power outage that resulted in the loss of data from
2017-04-21 until 2017-06-01 . No change was made to the antenna.
An updated site log has been submitted to the IGSCB and the rinex files
from the new receiver will be uploaded to SOPAC today.
