[IGSSTATION-6988] XMIS: Antenna Failure [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

The antenna at our XMIS station has failed. The failure is due to a known fault with this model of antenna. We are currently looking into getting a replacement antenna to station.

Until this is resolved no data products will be available.
