[IGSSTATION-6951] WLSN, CHIL, CLAR, WHC1, CMP9 receiver firmware updates

Dear Colleagues,

The USGS has recently upgraded the receiver firmware to "4.7 Oct,18,2016 p2” at the following stations:

WLSN, Mt. Wilson
CHIL, Chilao
CLAR, Claremont
WHC1, Whittier College
CMP9, Fire Camp 9

Updated site logs have been submitted to the IGSCB.  These stations are operated and maintained by the USGS.
