[IGSSTATION-6941] ZIMM: receiver firmware changed (5.10 -> 5.20)

Dear colleagues,

Today, Feb 06, 2017 (8:20 UTC), the firmware of the NetR9 receiver was changed from 5.10 to 5.20.
Station logs were updated at EPN and IGS CB.
For the RINEX3 submission we continue with format 3.02 (checking that all bugs provided to Trimble are corrected).
