Further to message [IGSSTATION-6925].

The YELL receiver has been changed and a new site log has been submitted to the CB.  Sections 3.14 and 3.15 have been updated as follows:

Maser maintenance continues.  We are planning a frequency adjustment on the order of +3e-12 later today.
