Dear Colleagues,

We decided to downgrade the firmware of our NetR9(GMSD) from v5.20 to v5.14 because there are problems about the file rename process. Our request to modify  the site log is being reviewed by IGS Support.

There would be data outage. We apologise for the inconvenience.
