[IGSSTATION-6912] REYK antenna problem fixed

Dear colleagues,

after the antenna at REYK site fell off from its position, the colleagues from LMI
replaced the mount on 05.01.2017 at 12:00ut and fixed the antenna again.
This results in an small antenna height change.

An updated sitelog was submitted to EPN CB and IGS.
The data from the last 4 days with wrong antenna height in the
rinex header will be resubmitted.
