[IGSSTATION-6791] AUCK, CHTI, DUND, MQZG, WARK firmware upgrade

the Trimble NetR9 receiver firmware has been upgrade to version 5.14 at 
the following IGS sites (New Zealand):

AUCK
CHTI
DUND
MQZG
WARK

An updated version of the sitelog has been submitted to IGS.
