[IGSSTATION-6773] SPT0 and KIR0 antenna replacements

Subject: SPT0 and KIR0 antenna replacements


Antennas shave been replaced on two Swedish IGS/EPN-stations: SPT0 (Borås) and KIR0 (Kiruna). 

SPT0:
The existing antenna was replaced with JNSCR_C146-22-1  S/N 00275 at 07:15 UTC today (2016-08-23). The Eccosorb, that the old antenna was embedded in, has been removed.  

KIR0: 
The existing antenna was replaced with JNSCR_C146-22-1  S/N 00368 at 08:00 UTC today (2016-08-23). 

The OSOD radome remains for both stations, but will in the analysis be treated as "NONE" just as before. Both antennas have been calibrated by Geo++ and individual PCV-values are available at EPN CB.

The log-files will be updated.
