[IGSSTATION-6770] SPT0 - Antenna replacement

Subject: SPT0 antenna replacement

The IGS and EPN station SPT0 has produced bad code data for a while, which is problematic as it is an IGS timing station. We plan to replace the existing AOAD/M_T antenna with JNSCR_C146-22-1  S/N 275. The antenna has been calibrated by Geo++ and individual PCV-values are available at EPN CB. The OSOD radome will remain, but will in the analysis be treated as "NONE" just as before. (It is not possible to calibrate antenna+OSOD as the radome is not directly attached to the antenna but to the monument. However the radome is very thin and has proven to just a have very small effect on the GNSS-observations).  

To prepare the antenna change we have set up a scaffold around the pillar yesterday, which of course will be removed after the operation. This might possible have some impact on the observations. The plan is also to remove the existing RF absorbing material Eccosorb. 

The log-file will be updated after the antenna replacement.
