[IGSSTATION-6748] REYK Receiver failure

Subject: Receiver failure at REYK site

Dear colleagues,

the receiver at REYK site has a failure on day 218.
It stops tracking all satellites and the internal SD-Card for data
storage seems to be damaged.
In the moment no data can be recorded. Only the data stream(s) are
available.
We try to fix the problem as soon as possible.

The data:
DOY 218/2016 (A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H,I,J,K)
DOY 219/2016 (F,G,H,I,J,K,L,M,N,O,P,Q,R,S,T,U,V,W,X)
DOY 220/2016 (A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H,I,J,K,L,M,N,O,P,Q,R,S,T,U,V,W,X)

are not available.
