[IGSSTATION-6746] SIN0 and SIN1 outage

Dear colleagues,

due to maintenance of the station laptop and reconfiguration of the 
station setup, there will be an outage of several days for DLR's GNSS 
stations SIN0 and SIN1 located in Singapore. Apologies for any 
inconveniences this may cause.
