[IGSSTATION-6732] GAL, QZSS, SBAS satellites tracking disabled on HKSL, HKWS

Dear All,

Due to the limitation of available channels, only GPS+GLO+BDS satellites 
are tracked. Tracking of GAL, QZSS, and SBAS satellites are disabled on 
HKSL and HKWS stations since 29 July, 2016. More satellite systems will be 
tracked in near future.
